OUR STORY

Jake’s Continental Butchery was established on July 1st 2017 and prides itself with providing the best quality meat and customer service in Western Australia.

Jake Wilkinson initially started working as a sole trader. With his step son Jedd helping out during busy week days and his daughter Paxton helping out for the busy weekend trade. The business soon became too busy for one person to manage so he asked his good friend, Antonio Ritorto to join the team.

Since Tony joined the team the business has gone from strength to strength. In two and a half years of trading Jake’s Continental has taken out 6 awards at the Western Australian Sausage King competitions. This includes:

1st – WA 2018 Gourmet for their Cheese & Bacon sausages

Jake’s most recent award was 1st – WA 2019 Continental for our Afrikaans Boerewors.

In most recent times the business has needed more personnel to cope with the increased demand so they have engaged the services of an Apprentice; Lauchy.

Jake’s Continental Butchery do all their butchering the old fashion way and cater for all sorts of nationalities to make sure you get the best quality and right cuts for your needs.

If they don’t have it they will source it for you.
